Who we are. Staymesh operates this website and the Staymesh platform for managing short-term rental properties in Brussels.

What we collect on this website. When you use the contact form: your name, email, and what you choose to tell us (phone, city, number of properties, message). When you use the concierge chat: your questions, to answer them. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Voice. Speaking to the concierge uses your browser's own speech recognition and speech voices. Staymesh receives only the text of your question.

Guests of properties we manage. We process booking details (name, contact details, dates, number of guests) and what guests tell us about their stay, to deliver it. Only team members whose role requires it can see them, access is logged, and personal data is erased on request while anonymous booking records are kept for accounting.

Where it is stored. On Cloudflare's infrastructure (database and private file storage). Emails are sent through Resend. The optional AI assistant uses Anthropic's API with only the records needed to answer.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, or object to its use, through the contact form. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
